Patricia Munro began her museological career after receiving a degree in anthropology and archaeology with honors at Swarthmore College.

A Fulbright Scholarship enabled her to pursue this interest in Lima (Peru) at the National Museum and the University of San Marcos. She later returned to George Washington University in Washington, DC, where she received an MA in Museology with a major in museum management. Patricia Munro worked in a whole range of institutions, including an art museum, an historical society, a science center and an exhibition design / fabrication firm before relocating to Europe.

She currently works throughout Europe with both non-profit and for-profit institutions to foster visitor-oriented institutions as reflected in their architecture, exhibitions/programs and service approach.

Patricia Munro is the Managing Director of zephyrus – Bringing people and ideas together.
